Reiki Principles,

Reflexology and Reiki have made a positive improvement  in the quality of My life. For this is the reason I recommend both, because of  My own personal experience.  A great way to embrace the wellness  process is to observe. Make a note of how You feel.  Start by keeping a record of information regarding  diet, sleep patterns or mood swings. After this, I suggest You listen. Listen to the messages  the body sends – Are You in pain ? Do You feel tired? Are You hungry? The body sends undeniable clues and signals. We simply need to stop and listen.
