Additional stress factors compound the challenge.”Let’s Talk” allows Us to discuss concerns about emotional health. Because We cannot “see” depression or anxiety, many people brush it off. However, stress affects every cell in the body. In dealing with stress, examine factors contributing to emotional trauma. Identify ways to make life easier.     1. You are most welcome. The current strategies for mental health treatment could use an extreme make over. Many people are often over medicated . Strategies involving cognitive behavioural therapy or personal counselling are ignored.

I love the way you mention qi gong and yoga etc, as ways to calm and balance the mind. As a Traditional Indian healer & a practicing Buddhist for many years, the issue of mind is always at the forefront of my work but one of the biggest issues arising when we talk about mind, is what actually is it? and where is it located?
