Additional stress factors compound the challenge.”Let’s Talk” allows Us to discuss concerns about emotional health. Because We cannot “see” depression or anxiety, many people brush it off.     1. You are most welcome. The current strategies for mental health treatment could use an extreme make over. Many people are often over medicated . Strategies involving cognitive behavioural therapy or personal counselling are ignored.
